CrossGap’s Business Process Design department
develops and maintains the proprietary information system we use to manage
our business. It defines the framework of criteria-led objectives
that drives and controls our own organization as well as your localization
process.
Our BPDD’s role embraces organizational design, change management
implementation, management of CrossGap’s information system and knowledge
management. Its specific responsibilities include:
- selection of methodologies to develop organization models
- identification of critical paths within the organizational process
- implementation of problem solving processes and models
- implementation of a system to control and monitor the entire CrossGap
organization
